Pan-African property group Grit Real Estate Income Group has tripled its total dividend in its 2022 financial year as it weathered the challenges from the Covid-19 pandemic and the lifting of international travel restrictions buoyed improvement in its hospitality and retail asset classes.
The company declared a final dividend of $0.02 per share (R0.36), bringing the total to $0.045 (R0.82) for the year end-June. This represents a pay-out ratio of 89.8%...
