MultiChoice suspends DStv service in Malawi over pricing dispute
The entertainment provider has switched off its pay-TV channels with immediate effect and withdrawn its service from the country

In yet another run-in between a JSE listed company and an African government, MultiChoice has decided to switch off its DStv following a dispute around tariffs in Malawi.
Africa’s largest pay TV operator said on Wednesday it “regrettably notifies DStv subscribers of its withdrawal of services from Malawi with immediate effect”...
