Zuma’s attempt to prosecute SA’s sitting president, Cyril Ramaphosa, would be laughable if it did not add to already clogged court rolls and legal processes. This is the second of his private prosecutions to be dismissed in this way; the first was against prosecutor Billy Downer and journalist Karyn Maughan earlier in 2023. ..
