Their resistance to abuse of legal process is to be welcomed

Another Jacob Zuma private prosecution, another full court dismissing his litigation as “an abuse of court process” instituted “for an ulterior motive”.
Zuma’s attempt to prosecute SA’s sitting president, Cyril Ramaphosa, would be laughable if it did not add to already clogged court rolls and legal processes. This is the second of his private prosecutions to be dismissed in this way; the first was against prosecutor Billy Downer and journalist Karyn Maughan earlier in 2023. ..
