To fill space in some of its better and well-located buildings, Growthpoint Properties has launched WorkAgility, an all-in-one, ready-to-occupy office concept for tenants looking for flexibility, with a fixed monthly cost.
WorkAgility offices have Wi-Fi, electricity, office-cleaning services, kitchens stocked with everything including dishwashers, microwaves, crockery, cutlery and frequently replenished tea, coffee and more...
