I couldn’t help feeling a touch of Schadenfreude as the metropolitan lefties, neoliberals and "progressives" of this world recoiled in dismay at Donald Trump’s ground-breaking victory in the US elections. Your Third Umpire and cartoonist seem to have felt it most keenly, poor dears. Those damned ignorant US voters have not only spoiled Hillary Clinton’s rightful ascent to the Oval Office but probably trashed the legacy of Barack Obama’s eight-year presidency in the process.
