SA’s accusations of genocide against Israel, and its referral of the case to the International Court of Justice (ICJ), are patently tinged with hypocrisy and dangerous ignorance.
On December 29 the SA government called for Israel to be investigated by the ICJ for its alleged genocide of the Palestinian people in Gaza after the October 7 attacks by Hamas on Israel. Israel has agreed to attend these proceedings to prove its innocence, starting with a public hearing today...
