What does being a filmmaker mean to you? I think a filmmaker is someone who is proficient in a few aspects of the production of a film. So they would be able to operate a camera and edit or write a script and direct. Critically, you need to love telling stories. What kinds of films do you make? At Young Gun Films, we make a variety of videos, from high-end commercials to 360° virtual-reality videos. The last project we worked on was a music video in collaboration with Francois van Coke and Red Bull Music. Our projects are brand focused, and the requirements of the video are mainly driven by the needs of the brand, but we provide a lot of creative guidance.
