Spur invests in restaurant water storage

Spur says its restaurants are investing in water storage facilities, with about a third of its SA franchises having added storage tanks or purification systems. There are now 217 restaurants out of 595 that have storage tanks.
CEO Val Nichas said clean water was more difficult to provide for than electricity as storage tanks were much bigger than generators and did not always fit neatly into existing restaurant premises...
