Close but no cigar. Confident predictions that new-vehicle sales would return to pre-Covid levels in 2023 went up in smoke in the second half of the year. December was no different.
Figures released on Tuesday showed that, for the fifth month running, sales fell below those of the corresponding month of 2022. ..
