If you have eight apples, but there are 12 people to feed, then you’ve got two choices. Either share the apples (two thirds each) or let four people starve. This is not an opinion, this is arithmetic. Enduring solutions which are required to be found for economic realities and challenges will always have their foundations in the facts.
