WATCH | The next big threat to cyber security

Technology is continually changing, cybercriminals’ tools and techniques are always evolving, and maintaining the security of a network and data is a constant challenge.

As organisational operations and workplaces become increasingly digital, online security is one of the most important things to consider in today’s business world, and should be an essential part of an organisation's DNA. 

During a recent Business Day Focus 4.0 Dialogue  — hosted in partnership with BCX, Logicalis SA and Werksmans Attorneys — a panel of industry experts took an in-depth look at the next big threat to cybersecurity.

These experts discussed the legal implications of a data breach for an organisation, how to prevent cyberattacks, practices for good cyberhygiene, and solutions to respond to digital security breaches faster.

Moderated by financial and broadcast journalist Alishia Seckam, the panel included:
