Well-known businessman Sipho Pityana insists that the Prudential Authority (PA) acted unlawfully in Absa’s chair selection process in 2021 that saw him ruled out of contention for the position.
This is the latest in a series of ongoing legal battles between him, the bank and the authorities. ..
