The South African bond market took a sharp U-turn in line with the rand as local politics came back into a sharp focus. The sharp weakness coincided with a report that President Jacob Zuma had ordered Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan to return from an investor roadshow in the UK‚ saying the trip was "unauthorised".
