Fortress grows direct portfolio to R30bn
The growth was due to the disposal of older and noncore assets with proceeds used to fund new developments

Fortress Real Estate Investments has seen the value of its direct property portfolio grow to R30bn since listing in October 2009 due to disposals of noncore and older assets.
This value excludes projects under development. Vacancies are also at their lowest, at 3.7%...
