Oita — France centre Sofiane Guitoune says the most important aspect of their preparation for Sunday’s World Cup quarterfinal against Wales has been learning how to stop themselves “acting like idiots” when they are dominant.
Against Argentina and Tonga in their pool games, the French started well but ended up hanging on desperately. Even against the US, they needed a late surge after a 12-0 lead was trimmed to 12-9 with 15 minutes to go...
