JSE-listed Nepi Rockcastle, owner of premier shopping centres in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) has acquired the Forum Gdańsk Shopping Centre in the northern Polish port city for €250m.
Nepi Rockcastle is a rand hedge for SA investors who want exposure to European commercial real estate.
