NET1 UEPS’s EasyPay customer base was likely to hit the 1-million mark in coming months as the financial services unit had reached a total of 900,000 account holders, Net1 CE Serge Belamant said on Friday.The payment group is driving the take-up of its EasyPay Everywhere financial services products aggressively. The EasyPay platform is widely used in retail stores for the payment of third-party bills, such as utility accounts.
