What exactly is it that South Africans can do when they “put aside their differences”?
Amid the excitement of winning the Rugby World Cup with the sport’s most representative national team yet, we are repeatedly told that the victory shows that if South Africans “work together” they can “do anything”. But what is it that the country ought to do — and how should it do it?..
