Q: Your column about hip health made me remember being told to hang for my shoulder health. Is there any merit in the dead hang?
Usually when someone tells you to “go hang” it is not said with love. A quick Google search will find numerous examples of former Zimbabwe despot Robert Mugabe telling opposition leaders and “the West” to go hang. ..
