The ANC seems to want private health care to fail, as public health care has
The ANC government sees that it cannot run the public health-care system; that it’s a failure while the private health-care system succeeds.
So, it says, let’s ensure they both fail — the attitude of a dog in a manger. If we can’t have success, we’ll see to it that you can’t have it either.
