The chief justice instigates and makes himself party to false complaints. That claim is made by no less a person than a judge president.
Judge John Hlophe made this wild accusation in a recent interview with The Insight Factor. According to its YouTube page, this video platform was “born out of the need to have a parallel voice in existing media that offers comprehensive coverage of current affairs”.
