The Reserve Bank’s monetary policy committee (MPC) is expected to continue raising interest rates to contain rising inflation when it announces its interest rate decision on Thursday.
Key to the MPC’s decision may be the June consumer price inflation figures, which will be published the day before the meeting, as well as the recent behaviour of the rand and the survey for second-quarter inflation expectations...
