Cosatu wants authorities to place Cape Town on a drip system and for swimming pool water to be returned to dams. Only Cape Town. When they’ve figured out how to drain all of Cape Town’s swimming pools back into the dams, perhaps they could drain all the water in Joburg’s potholes back into the dams as well?
