It is quite difficult to decide on the most likely strategy to succeed for a developing economy, within a global efficient-market context. We aren’t in a position to change the rules, so we have to play smart within them. ’
In essence, do we close ranks or open the floodgates? Whichever route we take, it is common cause never to tamper with the natural economic force. Like water, it will find the path of least resistance; don’t be in its way. ..
