FedEx is caught between Huawei and the US government
The delivery company, accused by Huawei of withholding more than 100 packages, is suing the US government for having to ‘police the contents’ of export shipments

Shanghai/Hong Kong — Chinese authorities investigating FedEx suspect the US delivery company illegally withheld more than 100 packages for Huawei Technologies and that it also violated other laws, state news agency Xinhua reported on Friday.
Beijing started a probe into FedEx last month after Huawei said the US delivery firm had diverted parcels intended for the company. This came after Huawei was placed by Washington on a blacklist in mid-May that effectively blocks US firms from doing business with the Shenzhen-based telecoms equipment maker...
