Takeover Regulation Panel is examining Sars evidence from Simon Rudland for 'contradictions'

In light of the advancing tax evasion investigation by the SA Revenue Service (Sars) into cigarette manufacturer Gold Leaf Tobacco Corporation (GLTC) and its directors, the Takeover Regulation Panel (TRP) is scrutinising evidence from tobacco mogul Simon Rudland.
