HOME Affairs Minister Malusi Gigaba sought to ease concern about the Border Management Authority Bill and its implications for the taxman and the police, saying the agency would not take over the powers or duties of either the South African Revenue Service (SARS) or the South African Police Service (SAPS).Gigaba was speaking to the portfolio committee on home affairs in Parliament on Tuesday morning.
