Before the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic and the subsequent lockdown restrictions in SA, auction houses were basking in success with huge transactions taking place during live auctions.
The pandemic put a halt to this, forcing businesses to move their auction platforms to online as people were restricted from gathering to avoid spreading the virus...
