Outgoing US President Donald Trump pardoned his 2016 campaign chair Paul Manafort and Charles Kushner, father of the president’s son-in-law, using his executive power in the final weeks as president to free allies.
Trump also pardoned Roger Stone, a political adviser whose sentence for a conviction of lying to Congress he had previously commuted; and Kushner, the real estate developer and father of Jared Kushner...
