The media are finally highlighting Ace Magashule’s iniquitous behaviour. In addition to the Vrede Dairy saga, from which the ANC secretary-general seems to have managed to escape temporarily, he is alleged to have been involved in many other corrupt activities. Ignatius “Igo” Mpambani, who was murdered in Sandton two years ago, was allegedly connected to Magashule via a R230m asbestos slush fund. As a staunch supporter of Jacob Zuma it makes sense that Magashule is also alleged to be involved with the Gupta family in state capture. A lifestyle audit of the former Free State premier is long overdue and could provide insight into Magashule’s murky dealings. It is clear from his disputed “struggle credentials” that he is also a bullsh***er. The ANC’s list of candidates for the elections is riddled with such reprobates. Nathan CheimanNorthcliff
