Naspers CEO Bob van Dijk could pocket as much as $16.3m in total remuneration for the 2020 financial year if the company’s fortunes continue to improve.

At a time when executive pay continues to be contentious, Van Dijk has seen his compensation rise since assuming the role in April 2014.
