TRAINER Sean Tarry, who could have four runners in the Vodacom Durban July, has booked Sydney-based jockey Glyn Schofield to partner his four-year-old E-Jet in the big race on July 6.Born in England but raised in South Africa, Schofield moved to Australia five years ago and quickly made his mark against some tough opposition. He won his first Grade 1 in that country in 2009 when partnering Road To Rock to victory in the George Main Stakes at Randwick racecourse in Sydney.Schofield has won more than 1,500 races in his career and — prior to moving to Australia — won the 2007 Summer Cup at Turffontein on Strategic News. Shortly after that he decided to follow the same route taken by his brother-in-law, Jeff Lloyd.Schofield flew to Singapore in May to ride Mike de Kock’s sprinter, Kavanagh, in the Grade 1 Krisflyer Sprint.
