Uganda is the only African country to make the top 10 in the sun-seeking stakes.SA ranked 12th in this category.The InterNations Expat Insider 2016 survey‚ which looked at the insights of more than14‚000 expats from more than 191 countries‚ disclosed the sun-seekers rankings on Wednesday.The weather is a key aspect of expats’ choice of destination‚ with 67% of those surveyed saying the climate in their new home was a factor to consider before moving abroad. Malta topped the list of sunny countries to move to‚ because of the ease of acclimatising there."Nine out of 10 expats in Malta state that it is easy to settle down there‚ while the global average is only 59%.
