Seoul — South Korean authorities moved to contain a cluster of coronavirus infections in a Seoul prison as inmates waved signs through barred windows pleading for help, while the US military got South Korea’s nod to vaccinate South Korean troops.
There were 1,050 new cases nationally by Tuesday midnight, the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency said on Wednesday, bringing the total case tally to 59,773 and death toll to 879...
