Paralympics chief ‘disgusted’ with Russia for letting down nation’s clean athletes

Tokyo — Paralympics boss Andrew Parsons expressed disgust on Tuesday that Russian authorities had let down the country’s clean athletes, after the World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) banned Russia for four years from major events, including the Tokyo Olympic Games.
