Black South Africans spend more on education relative to other races
SOUTH Africans spend on average R688 a month‚ or 6% of their purse‚ on education‚ but black people spend more on this than the other races‚ the Finmark Trust said on Friday.The findings from the Finscope SA 2016 consumer survey will be released on November 8 and come in the wake of the Fees Must Fall campaign‚ where university students are pushing for no increase in fees for 2017.
