In a second blow this week for public enterprises minister Pravin Gordhan, the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) has denied his application for leave to appeal against a ruling by the High Court relating to the proposed sale of Mango.
Earlier this week Gordhan also had to announce that his proposed strategic equity partnership between SAA and the Takatso Consortium, had failed — almost three years after he first announced it...
