Geneva/Manila — Nations that hoard possible Covid-19 vaccines while excluding others will deepen the pandemic, World Health Organisation (WHO) director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said on Tuesday, issuing a last-ditch call for countries to join a global vaccine pact.
