The last time we sat in the Renault Clio GT-Line, we were relatively impressed by the styling and its sporty RS mimicking addenda, but we were left disappointed by the performance from its 900cc, three-cylinder turbo unit. At the time we felt the French marque would do well to add a slightly detuned 1.2l turbo engine that was already doing duty in the previous-generation Megane GT-Line.
