SA has improved three notches on the World Economic Forum’s Enabling Trade Index, despite bad service at customs and border agencies attracting lower scores, the report showed on Wednesday. An improvement in trading conditions has placed SA at 55 from 58 in 2014 and third overall for Sub-Saharan Africa behind Mauritius and Rwanda, the Global Enabling Trade Report showed.
