Transaction Capital CEO talks of need for a ‘war leader’ as the company again falls short of its profit projections
“This is not an emotional decision at all — it’s about deciding who is the right person to head the business in a war,” says David Hurwitz, who stepped down as CEO of Transaction Capital this week after nine years at the helm, and 19 with the company.
