Dubai, probably best known for its mega-malls and gravity-defying skyscrapers, is increasingly on the radar of South Africans looking to cash in on the city’s real estate boom and wealth migration opportunities.
That comes on the back of new remote working and “golden visa” incentives introduced by the Dubai government last year, which have significantly boosted the United Arab Emirates (UAE) city’s attractiveness as a rand hedge investment and emigration destination...
