Asian tastes and treats at Tang restaurant
It offers a feast of colour and flavour — in its drinks as much as its food

Tang is a high-energy restaurant. Too much energy, is my first sense when I arrive for lunch; the music is pretty loud and it seems to be setting the scene for a party.
The music is at odds with the serene and beautiful décor of pale oak and marble. (The interior has been done up by award-winning designer Tristan du Plessis, who has a knack for marrying style and edge.) It’s a look that isn’t overly bold, but that oozes luxury; understated glamour...
