He may be given accolades as a skilled negotiator with the ability to charm people, but President Cyril Ramaphosa’s leadership skills were laid bare and found wanting when co-operative governance & traditional affairs minister Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma usurped his authority on the cigarette ban issue.
It demonstrates the lack of unity in the ANC and a lack of respect for Ramaphosa — from both Dlamini Zuma and other ministers who are clearly on their own little missions...
