We’re in a bit of trouble, I think – us South Africans. If we thought money was tight this year, we’re going to sweat in 2018. Finance Minister Malusi Gigaba’s mid term budget reads like a litany of financial woes that await us. Now, at the end of October, the year is – to all intents and purposes – over. I know its become commonplace to say it, and we say it with yearly regularity, but this year has gone by in a flash, a New York second; more quickly than last year or the year before.
