Given the current woes at SA Airways, it’s perhaps time to acknowledge that free flights for members of parliament should have some sort of cap on them. And I believe that former MPs also get free flights well after they cease to be members of parliament. This perk should cease when they complete their term of duty. As unpopular as this suggestion is, it makes business sense. Tony BallPinetown
