A lawyer for the Gupta family said on Wednesday that he would not be going to court to prevent the release of Public Protector Thuli Madonsela’s report into state capture.Gert van der Merwe did‚ however‚ warn that should it contain "adverse conclusions" about his clients‚ he would "go to court and take that report on review".Van der Merwe told Radio 702 he was concerned Madonsela’s report was a "final report" and not a "preliminary report".The latter would have afforded his clients a chance to respond to claims made in it‚ he said.He said: "I have confidence that the Office of the Public Protector has always done good work.
