Yet another dodgy “intelligence report” has surfaced — this one aimed at maligning the judiciary — with UDM leader Bantu Holomisa as its legitimiser-in-chief.
A key tactic of the state capture project was to try to weaken crucial state institutions to pave the way for looting and power accumulation by the ANC’s RET faction. The South African Revenue Service, the National Treasury, the Hawks, the National Prosecuting Authority and the intelligence services themselves were prime targets. ..
