Delta Property Fund is a substantially black-owned real estate investment trust (Reit) that listed on the JSE in 2013. The company in its earlier form was founded in 2002 under the name Tuffsan 89 Investment Holdings Proprietary. Delta made its first direct property investment with the acquisition of the Forum Building in Pretoria back in 2009.Given management’s strong deal making style and ability to execute on them, further acquisitions included NPA Cape town building, 110 Hamilton building, the SA Revenue Services (Sars) Kimberley Building, Cooper House and Sars Springs building. Delta has a clear strategy of owning and managing a balanced portfolio of value enhancing property assets which have grown to around R11.4bn.
