Cape Town’s old Ambassador Hotel in Victoria Road is currently being transformed into an uber-luxury sectional title development that is setting a new benchmark for Atlantic Seaboard prices. The new development, titled Aurum, will comprise eight luxury presidential penthouses (one per floor) that boast spectacular ocean views, as well as 15 apartments across the road. Units are selling off-plan at an average R180,000/m².
